Kabul’s ‘New Image’ Showcased at Three-Day Exhibition

A photography exhibition showcasing the achievements of Kabul Municipality opened recently, highlighting the progress made in the capital. Organizers aim to emphasize the municipality’s service-oriented work and the satisfaction it has garnered from Kabul residents.

Mohammad Khalid Sajistani, Deputy for Urban Services at Kabul Municipality, stated that the administration has made significant strides in improving the city and gaining positive feedback from its residents. Abdul Baqi Haqqani, head of the National Examination Authority, echoed this, emphasizing the municipality’s role in providing essential services.

The event also featured remarks from Khalil Rahman Haqqani, acting Minister of Refugees and Repatriation, who emphasized the role of every citizen in the country’s development. He noted the visible progress in infrastructure, including roads, from Herat to Kabul.

Din Mohammad Hanif, acting Minister of Economy, highlighted the importance of further cooperation between the Traffic Police and Kabul Municipality to improve city infrastructure, such as traffic signals. The exhibition is open for three days, with plans for continued development in Kabul.
