Kairat Sarybay, executive director of the Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), stated that he believes the development of Central Asia will promote the development of entire Asia.
“I look forward to the China-Central Asia Summit in Xian injecting impetus into the further development of relations between China and Central Asian countries,” said Kairat Sarybay.
